Circuit Court Mission
The mission of the Posey Circuit Court is to provide judicial services for the citizens of Posey County and others within its jurisdiction according to the constitutions and laws of the United States and the state of Indiana consistent with the highest standards of excellence and integrity in an environment that respects users of the Court’s services, employees of the Court, and other governmental agencies.
